This past weekened was pleasent, I accomplished a swatch of unpacking/laundry and general organization of the new house. We had a house guest stay 2 nights, his name is Drew and he is a talkitive fellow hehe. Nice enough and really engaging for most topics of converstation :) I like his VW bus, she has sexy stripey detials! and we were also fortunate enough to get our ENTIRE deposit returned to us! thats a first! wooooot! After we got that we procided to have fun. We bought everyone dinner and some drinks at the pub (everyone=nick and drew). The Pub in McCall has awesome food incase you are hungery and curious. Plus I am friends with most of the staff and they humor me with smiles and teasing.

I also had the chance of making a new friend or meeting her in real life, Jess! She was kind enough to meet us at the Common Ground Cafe for a cup of joe. She was able to meet Eric and our roomie Nick. Plus Jess liked the cafe and hopefully comes back to enjoy it again! Im so blessed to have open hearted people in every step of my lifes' travels! Soon the snow will add some beniefts to my receration. So Jess I think we should make it a regular thing to meet up - coffee/dinner/whatever.
It was a great visit, the more I hang out in McCall the more I am happy about moving closer to town. I get to see great people such as Brian (Common Grounds owner) on a regular basis.

Tonight I am going to a baby shower for one of my co-workers; Carrie Cubbage. Her and Bill (husband) are due in aprox 4 weeks! The Cubbage's are amazing people, typically up beat and very realiable for answers dealing with work. SO I purchased them an awesome childrens book made in the area - I Went For a Walk. It came signed even! And some baby sign language cards to help the communication in those first few months.

have a terrfic wedensday kiddos!

big ole update a rooney!

I caught the el bus-o this morning!

I really need to start waking up earlier. 6:30 isnt cutting it - I barley have time to shower and feed the pups. then I drive like a mad woman to Lake Fork. Not too smart Sara. I love our new house. When I came home last night Eric had dinner waiting for me. It was really nice not to worry about that for once. Although I do make more substainal meals than him. I was really hungry this morning! Its all I could think about on the ride to work.

The resort has started to make snow for the upcomming season. I have been praying for snow latley... I want an awesome riding season! mainly I want to work on my tree riding skills. and back country. Those 2 things will push me over the limit! The fake snow makes the base look like a winter wonder land. I love it, I cannot wait until the real deal is here

We have offically moved! oh its sweet to be out of that little dark hole. And the best part is that we get our deposit returned to us! NEVER in my renting life have I been so tidy to get my deposit returned! I suppose that comes with growing up.

So on Monday we had the big blow out and that was a ton of fun, we had all of our games and the only one I dominated was the Pinata. The others I wasn't fast enough :/ there is always next year! I can train up to qualify for the apple bobbin' team. the donut eating contest was pretty amusing since the entire string of powdered donuts fell on all of the conestents. the contest still went on however!

Yesterday I had my review from my boss, and with that I recieved a raise! WOOT! a whole .49 cents! oh the ski industry is sweet. My boss basicly told me he loved my work and that I do a fabulous job with the guests. it makes me feel awesome to have such an open boss, he makes me want to show up and to treat the stupid people like they matter.

OH OH and the biggest news of the week is:
Built to Spill is playing Boise! and I am going! AHHHH shucks! I have been a Built to Spill fan for 5 years and just recently found out they orginated in Boise, Idaho. They are very elusive with their home town shows - so when our roomie said he had balcony tickets I was OH so eagar to say yes! so we will go and see them on Saturday and then drive back on Sunday for work later that day! if you havnt heard of Built to SPill please do. check them out- you wont regret it! and since when have i given out 'bunk' advice?!

wonder

This is my birthday week! My 22nd birthday is on the 29th of October! Im expecting an awesome blow out along side with great presents :)

The past 2 days were as productive as I get - we began moving into our new house. Im so very excited in that house! On Tuesday I will be there full time!

I took the dogs and they approved of the neighborhood, and my older pup is able to climb the steep stairs inside. That is always a plus. The only potental problem is our bed - the room is rather small for a king bed to be in. If that is the worst of it our move will be cake!
Im also really excited to move in with our new house mates - Uncle Gus and our friend Nick. Yes loads of testastrone... but these guys are hard working, honest, friendly characters, and they love our 3 muts.

So after our first haul to the casa we came back and the neighbor and I watched the sunset in the pasture and witnessed the craziest cloud/light formation! It was about 3-5 feet big and 10 feet over head and it was a portion of a cloud illuminated with sun that was seperate from all the rest. Very bizarrar!

Then the next day the neighbor and I went on a hike to Bolder lake - East of McCall. It was a rock tastic hike with both families of pups (totalling 5 dogs) and it took us 1 and a half hours to trek to the lake and back. 4 miles!once we got up there we tested out our echos and made the dogs swim in the cool water. I must say I will miss exploring as much in the winter months.

once moved in, partied up, and relaxed I want to go to the Seash mnt. range and hike into some hot springs known there. I need to do it before the snow falls in great amounts.

i love it!

Tagged!

I have become tagged by Cassidy! Will the trials of e-life never end?!

The Rules:
1. I have to post these rules before I give you the facts.
2. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
3. People who are tagged need to write their own blog (about their eight things) and post these rules. (**if you’re a non-blogger, you can email them!)
4. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

1.Eric is allergic to gum - or a main ingrediant in gum. I much rather have my bad breath baby then any gum smaker.

2. When I was a little kid - 7ish I jumped on a bare backed horse and cracked my head against a metal fence pannel. when in the ambulance the medics found my name wrote on the bottom of my feet several times

3. I can draw decently - but refuse to produce anything right now.

4. Roland will sleep on the couch regardless how hard you try to keep him off.

5. I have a weird dry skin afliction on my face - its named Seborrheic Dermatitis. look it up! its so much fun to have.

6. Eric and I are both native to Eastern Wyoming - and we met 2 blocks away from his parents buisness.... and as a wyoming resident you think no local man will meet your standards.

7. I am an amuture orchid grower - I would love to see/be able to grow them from seed.

8. Eric was born with 4 toes on his right foot. He forever is part cartoon!

i dont have anyone to tagg again... so do it again if you read this! bwahahaha!
